Work With Us!

Are you a high schooler looking for volunteer hours? Are you interested in working with us, gaining some tutoring experience, and working with kids? Come and join us in person or online. We provide volunteer hours for meetings (online) and for tutoring! Come and gain some knowledge, friends, and an amazing experience! Even if you don't want to tutor, we have so many other opportunities too!

Tutor

Provides academic support to students in Grades 1–5. Delivers tutoring sessions in English and/or math, supports student learning, and assists with homework as needed

Team Engagement Officer

Builds a positive and engaging team culture. Plans and executes morale-boosting initiatives and collaborates with executives to organize team-building activities.

Tech Assistant

Supports the Tech Exec. with technical tasks, including platform maintenance, troubleshooting, and tool organization.

Administrative Assistant

Assists the Administrator with miscellaneous tasks, including data entry, documentation, and general administrative support.

H.R.

Manages the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of team members. Handles volunteer applications, maintains records, ensures policies are followed, and supports team well-being and conflict resolution.

Quality Control Officer

Reviews and assesses all materials for accuracy, completeness, and usability. Reports and resolves any errors or inconsistencies to maintain high standards.

Communications Assistant

Supports the Communications Manager by drafting newsletters, creating promotional content, and assisting with video and written communications.

Social Media Exec.

Manages The Study Buddy’s presence on social media and external platforms. Creates content, runs campaigns, and supports outreach and advertising efforts.
